In some adoption cases, Jon works with the parent who is terminating his or her parental rights to allow the adoptive parents to adopt their child.

In the event of a stepparent adoption, Jon will work towards a final adoption resolution with the biological parent.

In cases where foster parents are dealing with Health and Welfare, as your adoption lawyer, Jon will work with foster parents in finalizing their adoption.
